Aleksandra Kolibska-Foremniak

Advocate and partner at SGB. Aleksandra graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration at Jagiellonian University in 2010. In 2011, she completed Postgraduate Studies in Banking Law at Jagiellonian University, conducted in collaboration with the National Bank of Poland. Aleksandra expanded her legal education through an Erasmus scholarship, studying at the Faculty of Law of the Universidad de Castilla La Mancha in Ciudad Real, Spain. She also gained practical experience during an internship at the Department of Trade and Investment Promotion of the Embassy of the Republic of Poland in Madrid. 

Specializing in civil and commercial law, Aleksandra provides legal advice to business entities and conducts legal proceedings in these domains. She caters to the diverse needs of her international and Polish clients with her holistic business approach, especially during negotiating international contracts and solving complex legal disputes.
