The personal data processed by us include: name, surname, parents’ names (if applicable), PESEL number (if applicable), address of residence (if applicable), correspondence address (if applicable), email address (if applicable), telephone number (if applicable), NIP and REGON (if applicable), bank account number (if applicable), date and place of birth (if applicable). 

The processing of your personal data is carried out for the following purposes:  

  1. Execution of the contract concluded with us for permanent legal services, execution of orders within the scope of case management, and provision of legal advice (legal basis – a 6(1)(b) GDPR), 
  2. Provision of legal aid ex officio (legal basis – a 6(1)(c) GDPR), 
  3. If engaged in a business activity for tax and accounting purposes (legal basis – a 6(1)(c) GDPR), 
  4. Settlement of services provided and pursuit of related claims (legal basis – a 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Providing personal data is voluntary, but it is necessary for rendering the services described above. 

You have the right to access your personal data, request their rectification or erasure, and request the restriction of their processing. This is contingent on the data no longer being necessary for the specified purposes or if there is no other legal basis for their processing, unless the processing is required for the establishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims. Moreover, you have the right to data portability and the right to object to the processing of your personal data. 

Your personal data will be retained for the duration of the contract and until the expiration of the limitation period for related claims. Additionally, it will be stored until the mandatory retention period for accounting/fiscal documentation, as stipulated by the Regulations for exercising the profession of a lawyer in an individual law firm or companies, and in accordance with the period of mandatory archiving of files. 

We may disclose your personal data to external entities such as postal operators, suppliers, accounting services, and IT services. In the event of conducting judicial or administrative cases, relevant public horities and law enforcement authorities may also be involved. 

Your personal data will not be transferred to countries or international organizations outside the European Economic Area, processed in an automated manner, or subjected to profiling. 

Should you object to the processing of your personal data, you have the right to file a complaint with the supervisory authority. 

Cookie policy  

We respect your privacy. Our website does not collect any information automatically, except for the information contained in cookies.  

Cookies  are IT data, in particular text files, which are stored in the Service User’s terminal equipment and are intended for using the website. Cookies contain, among other things, the name of the website they come from, the time they are stored on the terminal equipment and a unique number.
