Karolina Skadłubowicz

Advocate and associate at SGB. Graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration at Jagiellonian University in 2013. Karolina also completed her postgraduate studies in Environmental Law in Poland and the European Union in 2015, at the same University.  

With a background in the public sector, she served from 2015 to 2018 in local government administration, initially as an assistant to the mayor of the municipality for legal affairs, and later as a legal officer of the municipality. In these roles, she actively participated in civil and judicial-administrative disputes on behalf of the municipality, gaining valuable experience in administrative, judicial and administrative law, civil law, supervisory proceedings (including public finances), labor law, and public procurement. During her work she was also a member of tender committees. 

She specializes in civil and administrative law, catering to both entrepreneurs and individual entities.
