Maria Oczkowicz

Fifth-year law student at the College of Economics, Finance and Law at the Cracow University of Economics. In 2026, she plans to defend her Master’s thesis in the field of labour law, concerning the problem of legal regulation of remote work. Since the beginning of her studies, she has been active in many student organisations, where she has acted as a coordinator of numerous projects.
She was awarded the Rector’s scholarship for outstanding academic achievements in the academic year 2022/2023. During her studies, she also participated in Oxford debates, which allowed her to develop her argumentation and rhetorical speaking skills.

She deals with issues in labour law, commercial law and enforcement proceedings.She also holds a keen interest in criminal law and family law, broadening her legal perspective and expertise.
