Olga Gardulska

Advocate and partner at SGB. Olga holds a degree from the Faculty of Law and Administration at Jagiellonian University in Kraków in 2003 and has completed the School of German Law at the same institution. With a decade of experience leading the Department of Labor Law at the University Legal Clinic, Olga brings valuable specialization to our team. 

Recognized as a mediator by the Mediation Centre at the Supreme Bar Council, Olga completed the ICC Arbitration and ADR Training Program in 2015 under the auspices of the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC).  

Her expertise lies in providing legal counsel in civil law, company law, and labor law, with a focus on assisting clients in starting and managing businesses in Poland and negotiating international agreements. Olga plays a key role in coordinating international projects, showcasing her ability to manage and navigate legal aspects in a global context.
